Chris and Busara Knight started the Doi Intanon Thai restaurant in Ambleside in 2000.
Since their first opening the restaurant has gained a wonderful reputation for providing the very best Thai food in a relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchens are staffed and run by Thai staff who ensure the quality of ingredients and preparation.
